Nasdaq SmallCap means the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
Nasdaq SmallCap means The Nasdaq SmallCap Market or such other similar quotation system as may in the future be used generally by members of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. for transactions in securities.
