National Criminal History Check definition

National Criminal History Check means obtaining and reviewing criminal history outside Oregon's borders. This information may be obtained from the Federal Bureau of Investigation through the use of fingerprint cards and from other criminal information resources in accordance with OAR 943-007-0001 through 943-007-0501 (Criminal History Checks).
National Criminal History Check means a review by the Division of criminal history and supplemental information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The information is obtained through the submission of fingerprint cards.
National Criminal History Check means a review by the Department of a subject individual's criminal history outside of the State of Oregon obtained from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) through the submission of fingerprint cards.

  • It is a requirement of employment that employees covered by this Agreement obtain and retain a current National Criminal History Check, known as a Police Check.
