National Environment Management Authority definition

National Environment Management Authority means the National Environment Management Authority established by section 4 of the National Environment Management Act (Cap153);
National Environment Management Authority or “NEMA” means the Recipient’s agency responsible for promoting sustainable environmental management, established and operating pursuant to the Environmental Management and Coordination Act , Act No. 8 of 1999 of the Laws of Kenya or its legal successor thereto.
National Environment Management Authority means the Authority established under the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act, 1999.
