Nodal Reference Price at each location shall mean the 97th percentile price differential between day-ahead and real-time prices experienced over the corresponding two-month reference period in the prior calendar year. Reference periods will be Jan-Feb, Mar-Apr, May- Jun, Jul-Aug, Sept-Oct, Nov-Dec. For any given current-year month, the reference period months will be the set of two months in the prior calendar year that include the month corresponding to the current month. For example, July and August 2003 would each use July- August 2002 as their reference period. No-load Cost:
Initial Reference Price means the official closing price of the Underlying Share on Strike Date.
Final Reference Pricei means the official closing price of the Underlyingi on the Determination Date;
Final Reference Price means an amount (which shall be deemed to be a monetary value in the Underlying Currency) equal to the level of the Index at the Valuation Time on the Valuation Date or the Issuer Call Date, as the case may be, as determined by or on behalf of the Calculation Agent without regard to any subsequently published correction or (if, in the determination of the Calculation Agent, no such level can be determined and no Market Disruption Event has occurred and is continuing) an amount determined by the Calculation Agent as its good faith estimate of the level of the Index on such date having regard to the then prevailing market conditions, the last reported trading price of the Shares and such other factors as the Calculation Agent determines relevant;
Relevant Reference Price means the Reference Price on the Final Valuation Date. "Security Holder" means the holder of a Security.
Price List Item means those SAP Cloud Services that are identified in the Solution Exhibit of this Agreement. The Parties may include additional Price List Items by written agreement.
Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.
Adjustment system means the device by which the seat or its parts can be adjusted to a position suited to the morphology of the seated occupant. This device may, in particular, permit:
Fallback Reference Price (if the relevant parties have specified an alternate Commodity Reference Price in the Confirmation);
Data Universal Numbering System +4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number assigned by D&B plus a 4- character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4-character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts for the same parent concern.
Data Universal Number System (DUNS) Number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.
Locational Marginal Price or “LMP” shall mean the market clearing price for energy at a given location in a Party’s RC Area, and “Locational Marginal Pricing” shall mean the processes related to the determination of the LMP.
Established catalogue price means the price included in a catalogue, price list, schedule, or other form that:
Hammer Price means the level of bidding reached (at or above any reserve) when the auctioneer brings down the hammer;
Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number means the 9-digit number assigned by Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. (D&B) to identify unique business entities.
Data Universal Numbering System+4 (DUNS+4) number means the DUNS number means the number assigned by D&B plus a 4-character suffix that may be assigned by a business concern. (D&B has no affiliation with this 4-character suffix.) This 4- character suffix may be assigned at the discretion of the business concern to establish additional SAM records for identifying alternative Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) accounts (see the FAR at Subpart 32.11) for the same concern.
Replacement Reference Rate means a reference rate which is:
Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.
Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement. Annual Revenue Rate:
Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and
Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding. Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.
Reference plane means a plane which is displaced from and parallel to the tomographic plane.
Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.
