In the event that a portion of the Contract Area extends into areas included in the Colombian National Natural Parks system or other reserved, excluded or restricted zones, geographically limited the relevant authority, or whenever zones of the above mentioned characteristics extend into the Contracted Area, THE CONTRACTOR agrees to comply the conditions imposed on those areas by the relevant authority.
