NBAP Termination Point definition

NBAP Termination Point or “NBAP TP” means the network point at the NBAP and nearest to the point of entry of that NBAP where the Wireline is terminated;
NBAP Termination Point or “NBAP TP” means a termination point at an NBAP whereby Layer 1 Services can be obtained;
NBAP Termination Point or “NBAP TP” means the the network point at the NBAP and nearest to the point of entry of that NBAP where the Wireline is terminated;

  • Network Termination Point (NTP) means the physical point at which a subscriber is provided with access to a public communications network; in the case of networks involving switching or routing, the NTP is identified by means of a specific network address, which may be linked to a subscriber number or name;

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have been made).

  • Scheduled Commitment Termination Date means March 21, 2023March 28, 2022.

  • Accrual Termination Date Not applicable.

  • Commitment Termination Date means the earlier of (a) the Maturity Date and (b) the earlier termination in whole of the Commitments pursuant to Section 2.04 or Article VII.

  • Swap Termination Event means any event defined as a “Swap Termination Event” in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Event Termination Date See Section 2(e) hereof.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means July 9, 2021 or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.02.

  • Initial Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(b)(i).
