Indian reservation means any federally recognized reservation established by Treaty, Agreement, Executive Order, or Act of Congress.
Reservation is the setting of limiting conditions or withholding from complete acceptance of the requirements specified in the tendering document; and
Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.
Riser means a watertight vertical cylinder and lid allowing access to an OWTS component for inspection, cleaning, maintenance, or sampling.
Utility Reservations means Seller’s interest in the right to receive immediately on and after Closing and continuously consume thereafter water service, sanitary and storm sewer service, electrical service, gas service and telephone service on and for the Land and Improvements in capacities that are adequate continuously to use and operate the Improvements for the purposes for which they were intended, including, but not limited to (i) any right to the present and future use of wastewater, drainage, water and other utility facilities to the extent such use benefits the Real Property, (ii) any reservations of or commitments covering any such use in the future, and (iii) any wastewater capacity reservations relating to the Real Property. Buyer shall be responsible for any requests or documents to transfer the Utility Reservations, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense.
Reservation System means the Contributor's Reservation Terminal and Reservation System equipment and software, if any.
Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and
Towers means the communications towers on the Sites.
Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.
Floor wax stripper means a product designed to remove natural or synthetic floor polishes or waxes through breakdown of the polish or wax polymers, or by dissolving or emulsifying the polish or wax. “Floor Wax Stripper” does not include aerosol floor wax strippers or products designed to remove floor wax solely through abrasion.
Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.
Cesspool means an unlined or partially lined underground pit or underground perforated receptacle into which raw household wastewater is discharged and from which the liquid seeps into the surrounding soil. Cesspool does not include a septic tank.

Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port. Ramping Capability means the sustained rate of change of generator output, in megawatts per minute.
Connect means the installation of the Connection Equipment in such a way that (subject to Energisation) the Customer may import electricity to, and/or export electricity from, the Customer’s Installation over the Distribution System at the Connection Point;
Serving Wire Center (SWC means the Wire Center that serves the area in which the other Party’s or a Third Party’s Wire Center, aggregation point, point of termination, or point of presence is located.
Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:
Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.
Conditioning means drying, cleaning, scarifying, and other operations which could change the purity or germination of the seed and require the seed lot to be retested to determine the label information.
Rooming house means any dwelling, or that part of a dwelling containing one or more rooming units in which space is let by the owner or operator to three or more persons who are not husband and wife, son or daughter, mother or father, or sister or brother of the owner or operator.
Consumptive use with respect to heating oil means consumed on the premises.
Manhole means an enclosure, usually below ground level and entered through a hole on the surface covered with a cast iron or concrete Manhole cover, which personnel may enter and use for the purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining Facilities in a Conduit.
Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
FF&E Reserve shall have the meaning given such term in Section 5.1.2(a).
Connection Point means an exit point or an entry point or a bidirectional point identified or to be identified as such in an access contract.
