Neighborhood Committee definition

Neighborhood Committee means and refer to a committee of three (3) individuals who are owners of a Lot within a Neighborhood who shall advise the Board of Directors on matters concerning Neighborhood Assessments. Neighborhood Committees shall be appointed or elected as provided in the Bylaws.
Neighborhood Committee means a group of three (3) to five (5) people elected by the Owners within a Neighborhood in accordance with the Bylaws. If there is a Neighborhood Association within a Neighborhood, the Board of Directors of that Neighborhood Association will serve as the Neighborhood Committee.
