Net Pledged Revenue definition

Net Pledged Revenue means the Gross Revenue after deducting the Operation and Maintenance Expenses.
Net Pledged Revenue means the moneys described in clauses (a), (b), (c) and (e) of the definition of Pledged Revenue set forth in this Article I.
Net Pledged Revenue means the components of Pledged Revenue set forth in clauses (a) and (c) of the definition thereof set forth in this Section 1.01.

  • The most significant condition to be met is that the Net Pledged Revenues of the Additional Facilities to be constructed or financed with the proceeds of the Additional Bonds, when added to the estimated annual Net Pledged Revenue of the then existing Student Housing System Facilities then under construction, shall equal at least 1.20 times the combined Average Annual Debt Service Requirements for all Parity Bonds the outstanding and the Additional Bonds proposed to be issued.

  • The Port has also covenanted in the Amended and Restated Master Trust Indenture that Net Pledged Revenue (Revenues less the Operation and Maintenance Expenses) will be equal to at least 125% of actual debt service for the Senior Lien Bonds (Senior Lien Debt Coverage Ratio).

  • If any additional Senior Bonds are issued, the Authority will so inform the Trustee in writing, and thereafter the Net Pledged Revenue available at clause SECOND of Section 3.05(b) hereof shall be allocated among the Bonds and such additional Senior Bonds on a pro-rata basis, in accordance with the relative outstanding principal amounts of such issues, and the amount so allocated to the Bonds shall be credited to the Bond Fund.

  • The Authority shall transfer or cause to be transferred all amounts comprising Net Pledged Revenue to the Trustee as soon as may be practicable after the receipt thereof, but in no event later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the calendar month immediately succeeding the calendar month in which such Net Pledged Revenue is received by the Authority.

  • The Borrower’s payment of the Developer Debt from Net Pledged Revenue shall be limited to that portion thereof which constitutes the Shoenberg Center Obligation.

  • There shall be credited to the Loan Payment Fund in each Fiscal Year an amount of Net Pledged Revenue which, when combined with other legally available moneys in the Loan Payment Fund, equals the Loan Requirements for such Fiscal Year.

  • For so long as no additional Senior Bonds have been issued by the Authority, in each Bond Year the Trustee shall credit all Net Pledged Revenue remaining after the payment of Trustee Fees due and payable in that Bond Year to the Bond Fund.

  • The Trustee shall credit all Net Pledged Revenue to the Revenue Fund promptly upon the receipt thereof.

  • Pledged revenue means money pledged to the payment of or as security for:

  • Pledged Revenues means all of the Series Pledged Revenues.

  • Operating Revenue Cash Flows means the Company’s cash flow from ownership and/or operation of (i) Properties, (ii) Loans, (iii) Permitted Investments, (iv) short-term investments, and (v) interests in Properties, Loans and Permitted Investments owned by any Joint Venture or any partnership in which the Company or the Partnership is, directly or indirectly, a co-venturer or partner.

  • Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • Consolidated Revenues means, for any period, the consolidated net revenue of the Company and the Restricted Entities for such period determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Consolidated Revenue means for any period the total revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries, determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Net Operating Cash Flow means the net cash flow to the Partnership resulting from ownership and operation of the Partnership Property, plus any other items of income received in cash by the Partnership less (i) all debts and expenses paid in the operation of the Partnership, (ii) any reserves which the General Partners deem reasonably necessary for the operation of the Partnership or for the satisfaction of obligations of the Partnership pursuant to Section 8.6, and (iii) all proceeds which are (A) received by the Partnership from the Transfer of Partnership Property, and (B) used to purchase or reserved, as determined by the General Partners in furtherance of their fiduciary duties hereunder and under the Act, for the purchase of other Partnership Property.

  • Net Cash Flow means, with respect to the Property for any period, the amount obtained by subtracting Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditures for such period from Gross Income from Operations for such period.

  • Free Cash Flow means, for any Person for any period, EBITDA plus cash interest income of such Person for such period, less income taxes, Capital Expenditures and Investments (to the extent made in compliance with this Agreement), Scheduled Debt Service (if any) and variations in working capital made in the ordinary course of business, with respect to such period.

  • Annualized Operating Cash Flow means, for any period of three complete consecutive calendar months, an amount equal to Operating Cash Flow for such period multiplied by four.

  • Cash Flow Statement means, with respect to any particular Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations, an Authority Certificate (a) setting forth, for the then current and each future Bond Year during which such Bonds and Auxiliary Obligations will be Outstanding, and taking into account (i) any such Bonds expected to be issued or redeemed or purchased for cancellation in each such Bond Year upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate (for which purpose, if such Authority Certificate is delivered as of a date prior to a scheduled mandatory tender date for any Adjustable Rate Bonds, the Purchase Price of all such Adjustable Rate Bonds subject to scheduled mandatory tender on such tender date shall be assumed to be due and payable on such mandatory tender date), (ii) any such Auxiliary Obligations expected to be incurred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate, (iii) the interest rate (if applicable), purchase price, discount points and other terms of any Related Mortgage Loans, and (iv) the application, withdrawal or transfer of any moneys expected to be applied, withdrawn or transferred upon or in connection with the filing of such Certificate:

  • Operating Revenue means amounts accrued or charge to customers, cli- ents, and tenants, for the sale of prod- ucts manufactured or purchased for re- sale, for services, and for rentals of property held primarily for leasing to others. It includes both reimbursable costs and fees under cost-type con- tracts and percentage-of-completion sales accruals except that it includesonly the fee for management contracts under which the contractor acts essen- tially as an agent of the Government in the erection or operation of Govern- ment-owned facilities. It excludes inci- dental interest, dividends, royalty, and rental income, and proceeds from the sale of assets used in the business.

  • Pledged Equity has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.

  • Consolidated Operating Cash Flow means, with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis, for any period, an amount equal to Consolidated Net Income for such period increased (without duplication) by the sum of:

  • CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.

  • Operating Revenues means, without duplication, all revenues and receipts of the Borrowers from operation of the Properties or otherwise arising in respect of the Properties which are properly allocable to the Properties for the applicable period in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, all hotel receipts, revenues and credit card receipts collected from guest rooms, restaurants and bars (including without limitation, service charges for employees and staff), mini-bars, meeting rooms, banquet rooms, apartments, parking and recreational facilities, health club membership fees, food and beverage wholesale and retail sales, service charges, convention services, special events, audio-visual services, boat cruises, travel agency fees, internet booking fees, telephone charges, laundry services, vending machines and otherwise, all rents, revenues and receipts now existing or hereafter arising or created out of the sale, lease, sublease, license, concession or other grant of the right of the possession, use or occupancy of all or any portion of the Properties or personalty located thereon, or rendering of service by any of the Borrowers or any operator or manager of the hotel or commercial space (including, without limitation, from the rental of any office space, retail space, guest rooms or other space, halls, stores and deposits securing reservations of such space (only to the extent such deposits are not required to be returned or refunded to the depositor)), proceeds from rental or business interruption insurance relating to business interruption or loss of income for the period in question and any other items of revenue which would be included in operating revenues under the Uniform System; but excluding proceeds from the sale of FF&E, abatements, reductions or refunds of real estate or personal property taxes relating to the Properties, dividends on insurance policies relating to the Properties, condemnation proceeds arising from a temporary taking of all or a part of any Properties, security and other deposits until they are forfeited by the depositor, advance rentals until they are earned, proceeds from a sale, financing or other disposition of the Properties or any part thereof or interest therein and other non-recurring revenues as determined by Lender, insurance proceeds (other than proceeds from rental or business interruption insurance), other condemnation proceeds, capital contributions or loans to any of the Borrowers, disbursements to any of the Borrowers from the Reserves, sales, use and occupancy taxes collected from customers or patrons of the Properties to be remitted to the applicable taxing authorities, and gratuities or service charges collected on behalf of and remitted to employees or contractors of the Properties.

  • Operating Income means the Company’s or a business unit’s income from operations but excluding any unusual items, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

  • Net Operating Income With respect to any Mortgaged Property, for any Mortgagor’s fiscal year end, Net Operating Income will be calculated in accordance with the standard definition of “Net Operating Income” approved from time to time endorsed and put forth by CREFC®.

  • Cash Flow mean net income after taxes, and exclusive of extraordinary gains and income, plus depreciation and amortization.

  • Pledged Equity Interests means all Pledged Stock, Pledged LLC Interests, Pledged Partnership Interests and Pledged Trust Interests.

  • Pledged Equity Interest means an Equity Interest that is included in the Collateral at such time.

  • Pledged Items means, as of any date, any and all securities and instruments delivered by the Pledgor to be held by the Collateral Agent under this Collateral Agreement as Collateral, whether Eligible Collateral or Ineligible Collateral.

  • Net Cash Flow Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.11(b) hereof.

  • Available Cash Flow means an amount, with respect to each Fiscal Year or portion thereof during the Term, equal to the excess, if any, of the Operating Profit over the Owner’s Priority.
