Net Redemption Sale Proceeds definition

Net Redemption Sale Proceeds means, in respect of a Redemption Disposal Period, an amount denominated in USD equal to the sum of:
Net Redemption Sale Proceeds means in respect of a Metal Sale, an amount denominated in the Relevant Currency equal to the sum of the Actual Redemption Sale Proceeds less all amounts which the Metal Agent is entitled to deduct from the proceeds of sale in accordance with Condition 7.8(f) (Metal Sale) or Condition 8.5(f) (Compulsory Redemption Process) (as the case may be).

Examples of Net Redemption Sale Proceeds in a sentence

  • In limited circumstances where Carbon Securities are being redeemed by sale of allowances instead (“Carbon Sale”), the Securityholder is entitled to receive its share of the Net Redemption Sale Proceeds of an amount of cash received by the Issuer (less any Redemption Fee) in respect of the Carbon Securities being redeemed.

  • On a Metal Sale, the Issuer may set-off the amount of the Redemption Fee payable under Condition 7.5 ( Redemption Fee) against the pro-rata share of the Net Redemption Sale Proceeds or other amount due to the Securityholder on Redemption.

  • The Net Redemption Sale Proceeds of the sale by the Backing Issuer are paid by the Disposal Counterparty to the Issuer and are paid to the Redeeming Securityholder.

  • On a Metal Sale, the Issuer may set-off the amount of the Redemption Fee payable under Condition 7.5 (Redemption Fee) against the pro-rata share of the Net Redemption Sale Proceeds or other amount due to the Securityholder on Redemption.

Related to Net Redemption Sale Proceeds

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Amount means the sum of:

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Redemption Proceeds means any proceeds in any applicable currency from a redemption in respect of the Charged Assets in accordance with the terms and conditions of such Charged Assets.

  • Final Redemption Value means the Underlying Reference Value.

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Gross Redemption Yield means, with respect to a security, the gross redemption yield on such security, expressed as a percentage and calculated by the Financial Adviser on the basis set out by the UK Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 4, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts/Double dated and Updated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date” (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) on a semi-annual compounding basis (converted to an annualised yield and rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) or on such other basis as the Trustee may approve;

  • Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Make-Whole Redemption Price means, in respect of each Bond, (a) the principal amount of such Bond or, if this is higher, (b) the sum of the then present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the Optional Redemption Date on an annual basis (based on the actual number of days elapsed divided by 365 or (in the case of a leap year) by 366) at the Reference Dealer Rate (as defined below) plus 0.15 per cent., in each case as determined by the Determination Agent;
