Net Working Capital Surplus Amount definition

Net Working Capital Surplus Amount is defined in Section 1.11(e).
Net Working Capital Surplus Amount means the amount, if any, by which the Net Working Capital Amount is more than the Target Net Working Capital Maximum.
Net Working Capital Surplus Amount means the amount, if any, by which the Net Working Capital exceeds the Net Working Capital Target.

  • Working Capital Surplus means the amount by which the Working Capital is greater than the Target Working Capital Amount.
