Network Bank definition

Network Bank means any financial institution that has partnered with Zelle.
Network Bank means a financial institution that has elected to participate in the Zelle Payment Network.
Network Bank means a financial institution participating from time to time in the clearXchange or Zelle digital payments network, other than Chase.

  • If you are sending money to someone who has not enrolled as a User with Zelle, either in the Zelle mobile app or with a Network Bank, they will receive a text or email notification instructing them on how to enroll to receive the money.

  • If the person you sent money to has already enrolled with Zelle, either in the Zelle mobile app or with a Network Bank, the money is sent directly to their bank account (except as otherwise provided below) and may not be canceled or revoked.

  • In addition, in the event of a failure of a Network Bank, you may be requested to provide certain personal information for the purposes of processing a claim to seek the associated FDIC insurance.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Internet Banking means the service we offer by which you can access and transact on a nominated account by using a personal computer and accessing via our website. This includes transactions processed through the mobile banking facility as well as the smartphone app facility.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network Rail means Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, a company registered in England under company number 02904587 and having its registered office at 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX;

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.
