Network Resource definition

Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.
Network Resource shall have the meaning as provided in the NYISO OATT, for such resources located in New York, and the meaning as provided in the PJM OATT, for such resources located in PJM.
Network Resource is defined in the Tariff.

Examples of Network Resource in a sentence

  • Transmission Provider must conduct the necessary studies and Transmission Owner shall construct the facilities identified in Appendix A of this GIA, subject to the approval of Governmental Authorities, needed to integrate the Generating Facility in the same manner as for any Generating Facility being designated as a Network Resource.

  • Interconnection Customer may then elect to proceed with Network Resource Interconnection Service or to proceed under a lower level of interconnection service to the extent that only certain upgrades will be completed.

  • A request for indefinite termination of Network Resource status must indicate the date and time that the termination is to be effective, and the identification and capacity of the resource(s) or portions thereof to be indefinitely terminated.

  • Network Resource Interconnection Service in and of itself does not convey any right to deliver electricity to any specific customer or Point of Delivery.
