Network Rail Payment Rate definition

Network Rail Payment Rate means, in respect of a Planned Service, the rate, expressed as pounds per NR Performance Minute, specified in Appendix 8A as the Network Rail Payment Rate for that Planned Service (as adjusted in accordance with paragraph 7), expressed in pounds sterling and rounded to two decimal places;
Network Rail Payment Rate means the Network Rail Payment Rate specified in Appendix 1, as adjusted under paragraphs 2.7.1 and 2.7.2 of Schedule 7;
Network Rail Payment Rate means the Network Rail Payment Rate specified in Appendix 1, as adjusted under paragraph 2.7.2 of Schedule 7;

Related to Network Rail Payment Rate

  • Payment Rate means the rate (expressed in €/MWh, €/Mvarh or €/MWs2h as appropriate) for the calculation of payments for DS3 System Services as specified in the Charging Statement;

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;

  • Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security.
