New Affiliation Agreement means an Affiliation Agreement, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 through A-4, as applicable, and with such changes thereto as may be required pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, to be entered into between the Company, on the one hand, and each Seller (and, WPC LLC and Tribune Publishing Company, with respect to Xxxxxx Holdings Company and Tribune Media Company, respectively) and its Newspaper Affiliates, on the other hand, at the Closing, effective as of the Closing Date.
