New Bank definition

New Bank as defined in subsection 2.20(b).
New Bank means a bank or national banking association that is a party to a consolidation agreement and is not engaged in the business of banking before the consummation of the consolidation or merger provided for in the consolidation agreement.
New Bank means a savings bank not engaged in the business of banking prior to the consolidation under this section.

More Definitions of New Bank

New Bank means a savings bank that is a party to a consolidation agreement and is not engaged in the business of banking prior to the consummation of the consolidation or merger provided for in the consolidation agreement.
New Bank has the meaning specified in Section 2.6(a).
