Consolidation agreement definition

Consolidation agreement means an agreement entered into among an existing bank, existing savings bank, or an existing association, and a new bank, and a new holding company that provides both of the following:
Consolidation agreement means an agreement for a transaction that constitutes a Consolidation;
Consolidation agreement means a valid, legal and binding agreement that, save for approval by IDA and satisfaction of Conditions imposed by IDA, would result in a Consolidation;
