New Bus definition

New Bus means a bus, the equitable or legal title to which has never been transferred to a first entity who in good faith purchases the bus for purposes other than resale.
New Bus means any Contract Bus approved by TfNSW under Clause 11.1 of the O/MBSC.

Examples of New Bus in a sentence

  • Upon hire, new Bus Operators will be required to sign a New Bus Operator Training Agreement.

  • New Bus Drivers shall receive a $300 stipend upon successfully completing half a year of service, and $500 upon successfully completing their first full year of service.

  • If the Operator acquires a New Bus, without TfNSW’s prior written approval, the Operator will not be entitled to any Payments in respect of the New Bus.

  • New Bus Drivers initially employed on January 1, 2006 and after shall be ineligible for the provisions of this Article.

Related to New Bus

  • New Business as used herein, shall mean any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting. (25 O.S. 311a(9))

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Team Leader means a registered nurse appointed as such for a nominated period as specified by the employer. Only one registered nurse shall be so appointed at any one location at any one time. Team leaders shall carry out such supervisory and resource management duties as are reasonably required and shall receive an allowance as set out in Item 1 of Table 2 - Allowances, of Part B.

  • Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).
