New Bus definition

New Bus means a bus, the equitable or legal title to which has never been transferred to a first entity who in good faith purchases the bus for purposes other than resale.

  • Upon hire, new Bus Operators will be required to sign a New Bus Operator Training Agreement.

Related to New Bus

  • New Business as used herein, shall mean any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting. (25 O.S. 311a(9))

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Team Leader means a registered nurse appointed as such for a nominated period as specified by the employer. Only one registered nurse shall be so appointed at any one location at any one time.
