Feedback definition

Feedback means input regarding the SAP Products, services, business or technology plans, including, without limitation, comments or suggestions regarding the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the SAP Products and/or services, or input as to whether Partner believes SAP’s development direction is consistent with their own business and IT needs.
Feedback means input, comments or suggestions from or on behalf of the Prime Contractor or Customer or any of their Affiliates to SAP, SAP SE or any other SAP Affiliate, or any reseller or representative thereof regarding SAP’s business and technology direction or the possible creation, modification, correction, improvement or enhancement of the Cloud Services, SAP Software or Services (as applicable) purchased by the Prime Contractor or Customer under the Agreement.
Feedback means any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by Customer or its Users relating to the features, functionality or operation of the Subscription Service, or the Professional Services.
