New Global Covered Bond definition

New Global Covered Bond means a Temporary Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the First Schedule to the Agency Agreement or a Permanent Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the Second Schedule to the Agency Agreement, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify the Covered Bonds as being in New Global Covered Bond form;

Examples of New Global Covered Bond in a sentence

  • If the Final Terms indicate that this Global Covered Bond is not intended to be a New Global Covered Bond, the nominal amount of the Covered Bonds represented by this Global Covered Bond shall be the amounts stated in the applicable Final Terms or, if lower, the nominal amount most recently entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in the relevant column in Part II, III or IV of Schedule One hereto or in Schedule Two hereto.
