New Global Covered Bond means a Temporary Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the First Schedule to the Agency Agreement or a Permanent Global Covered Bond in the form set out in the Second Schedule to the Agency Agreement, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify the Covered Bonds as being in New Global Covered Bond form;

  • If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Covered Bond form is applicable, this Permanent Global Covered Bond shall not be valid for any purpose until it has been effectuated for and on behalf of the entity appointed as common safekeeper by the ICSDs.
