New Junior Preferred Stock definition

New Junior Preferred Stock means the new junior preferred stock to be issued by Reorganized Group pursuant to this Plan as of the Effective Date.
New Junior Preferred Stock means the new series of junior preferred stock, subordinated to the New Senior Preferred Stock, but senior to the New Common Stock, of the Reorganized Debtor.
