Corner Lot means a Lot situated at the intersection of and abutting upon two Streets, or upon two parts of the same Street, the adjacent sides of which Street or Streets, (or, in the case of a curved corner, the tangents at the Street extremities of the Side Lot Lines) contain an angle of not more than 135 degrees. In the case of a curved corner, the corner of the Building Lot shall be that point on the Lot Line abutting a Street nearest to the point of intersection of the said tangents.
Harvest lot means a specifically identified quantity of marijuana that is, cultivated utilizing the same growing practices and harvested within a 72 hour period at the same location and cured under uniform conditions.
Substitute Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.
new dwelling means, for the purposes of the definition of “second authority” and paragraphs 91, 98 and 103, the dwelling to which an applicant has moved, or is about to move, in which the applicant will be resident;
Finished Lots Entitled Land with respect to which (a) development has been completed to such an extent that permits to allow use and construction, including building, sanitary sewer and water, are entitled to be obtained for a Unit on such Entitled Land and (b) start of construction has not occurred.
Interior lot means a lot other than a corner lot.
Interior of the dwelling unit means the inside of the dwelling unit, consisting of interior walls,
Appraised Value The value set forth in an appraisal made in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan as the value of the Mortgaged Property.
Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.
Side lot line means a lot line other than a front or rear lot line.
Lots means all or any machinery and other items sold or intended to be sold in accordance with these conditions; “Purchaser” means a person, firm or Company who purchase any Lot;
Non-Retail Behind The Meter Generation means Behind the Meter Generation that is used by municipal electric systems, electric cooperatives, or electric distribution companies to serve load.
Undeveloped Land means (a) land owned in fee by the Borrower or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2011 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (b) land acquired by the Borrower or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2011 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (a) or (b) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (c) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (a) or (b) of this definition.
Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.
New Home means every newly constructed private dwelling unit and the fixtures and structure that are made a part of a newly constructed private dwelling unit at the time of construction.
Multi-family dwelling means a structure that contains more than one separate dwelling unit, which is used, or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, in whole, or in part as the home or residence of one or more persons.
Land Value means, at any time:-
Eligible Property means property beneficially owned by a person or entity other than the Fund and held in a bank account maintained by BNYM for or on behalf of the Fund, or property held in a Fund shareholder account, which is (x) subject to reporting or escheat under an Unclaimed Property Law, (y) of a nature or type or classification reasonably related to the services performed by BNYM under this Agreement (such as cash amounts representing non-negotiated dividend checks and shares in abandoned shareholder accounts), and (z) under the control of BNYM.
Unencumbered Property means any one of the Unencumbered Properties.
Parking Lot means a building or land used for the parking or storage of ten or more motorcars or bakkies, or two or more buses or trucks, excluding −
Substitute Improvements means the substitute or additional improvements of the Issuer described in Article V hereof.
Mobile home lot means a portion of a mobile home park or manufactured housing community designated as the location of one mobile home, manufactured home, or park model and its accessory buildings, and intended for the exclusive use as a primary residence by the occupants of that mobile home, manufactured home, or park model;
Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant,
Apartment Dwelling means any dwelling unit within a building containing more than four dwelling units where the units are connected by an interior corridor;
Housing Unit means a single-family attached or detached dwelling (including without limitation a condominium or townhome), including the Lot on which such dwelling is located, for which a building permit has been issued and construction has begun and that is or will be available for sale by the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor. Each “Housing Unit” is a Presold Housing Unit, a Speculative Housing Unit or a Model Housing Unit.
Permitted Exception means (a) liens for Taxes and other governmental charges and assessments which are not yet due and payable, (b) liens of landlords and liens of carriers, warehousemen, mechanics and materialmen and other like liens arising in the ordinary course of business for sums not yet due and payable, (c) other liens or imperfections on property which are not material in amount or do not materially detract from the value or the existing use of the property affected by such lien or imperfection, (d) such statements of fact and exceptions shown on any title insurance policies delivered to Global.
