New Media Extract Rights definition

New Media Extract Rights means the exclusive right (subject always to the Producer’s right to exercise the Promotional Online Rights) to use extracts or grabs of the Programme in any online or interactive television services forming part of the BBC Public Services in accordance with General Term 12.3 in whatever format now known or invented in the future;
New Media Extract Rights means the exclusive right (subject always to the Producer’s right to exercise the Promotional Online Rights (as defined below)) to use extracts or grabs of the Programme in any online or interactive television services in accordance with Conditions 3.12.1 and 3.12.2 in whatever format now known or invented in the future;
New Media Extract Rights means the exclusive right to use extracts or grabs from the Programme or any episode of it in any online or interactive television services forming part of the BBC Public Services in whatever format now known or invented in the future;

Related to New Media Extract Rights

  • Motorboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Software means computer programs, whether in source code or object code form (including any and all software implementation of algorithms, models and methodologies), databases and compilations (including any and all data and collections of data), and all documentation (including user manuals and training materials) related to the foregoing.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Master plumber means an individual who possesses the necessary skills and qualifications to plan and supervise the installation of plumbing and who is licensed as a master plumber.
