New Professional Service Opportunity definition

New Professional Service Opportunity means a Professional Service Opportunity pursuant to which the Group or any other member of an APPI Group managed by Parent, Administrator or their Affiliates is not currently providing professional Radiology services.
New Professional Service Opportunity means a Professional Service Opportunity pursuant to which the Group or any other member of a RGX Group managed by Parent, Administrator or their Affiliates is not currently providing professional Radiology services.

Examples of New Professional Service Opportunity in a sentence

  • During the term of this Agreement and within any Secondary Service Area, Parent, Administrator or their Affiliates shall first offer to the Group any New Professional Service Opportunity; provided, however, that this provision shall not be applicable to any merger of a Radiologist, group of Radiologists or professional corporation or association (or other professional entity) whose owners are Radiologists with the Group.

  • Administrator shall give written notice (the "Administrator Notice") to the Group describing the New Professional Service Opportunity.

  • The existence and location of each of the Group's Primary Service Areas and Secondary Service Areas shall be determined each time the Group, Parent, Administrator or their Affiliates propose an acquisition, management relationship, Professional Service Opportunity or New Professional Service Opportunity as contemplated in subsections (a) and (b) above.

  • If the Group does not elect to exercise the right or fails to provide the notice to Administrator within the time frame herein provided, Administrator shall be released from the right of first offer with respect to that particular New Professional Service Opportunity.

  • Within the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days or (ii) one-half of the time during which the Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates must respond to an offer described in the Administrator's Notice, the Group shall deliver to Administrator a written notice stating whether or not the Group elects to accept or reject the New Professional Service Opportunity which election shall be binding on the Group.

  • Administrator shall give written notice (the “Administrator Notice”) to the Group describing the New Professional Service Opportunity.

  • If the Group does not elect to exercise the right or fails to provide notice to Administrator within the time frame herein provided, Administrator shall be released from the right of first offer with respect to that particular New Professional Service Opportunity.

  • Within the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days or (ii) one-half of the time during which the Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates must respond to an offer described in the Administrator's Notice, the Group shall provide notice to Administrator notice stating whether or not the Group elects to accept or reject the New Professional Service Opportunity, which election shall be binding on the Group.

  • The existence and location of each of the Group’s Primary Service Areas and Secondary Service Areas shall be determined each time the Group, Parent, Administrator or their Affiliates propose an acquisition, management relationship, Professional Service Opportunity or New Professional Service Opportunity as contemplated in subsections (a) and (b) above.

Related to New Professional Service Opportunity

  • Retained Professional means an Entity: (a) employed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to a Final Order in accordance with sections 327 and 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code and to be compensated for services rendered prior to the Effective Date, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 329, 330, or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code; or (b) for which compensation and reimbursement has been allowed by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 503(b)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Professional service means a type of personal service to the public that requires that the provider obtain a license or other legal authorization as a condition precedent to providing that service. Professional service includes, but is not limited to, services provided by a certified or other public accountant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, veterinarian, osteopathic physician, physician, surgeon, podiatrist, chiropodist, physician's assistant, architect, professional engineer, land surveyor, or attorney-at-law.

  • Licensed professional means a professional registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to Article 1 (§ 54.1-400 et seq.) of Chapter 4 of Title 54.1 of the Code of Virginia. For purposes of these Standards and Specifications a licensed professional is one that is certified by DPOR as an Architect, Professional Engineer, Land Surveyor, or Landscape Architects.

  • Medical professional means a person licensed to practice

  • Licensed professional counselor means a counselor licensed by a Member State, regardless of the title used by that State, to independently assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health conditions.

  • Qualified professional means, for the purposes of OAR 411-320- 0080, any of the following licensed professionals trained to make a diagnosis of a specific intellectual or developmental disability:

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.

  • Health professional means an individual licensed or otherwise authorized to engage in a health profession under article 15 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16101 to 333.18838, and whose scope of practice includes the diagnosis and treatment of individuals with a substance use disorder.

  • Professional Client means a client meeting the criteria laid down in Annex II;

  • Independent professional advice means advice of an attorney, certified public accountant, actuary, or other licensed professional adviser.
