New Service Proposal definition

New Service Proposal has the meaning set out in clause 13.8(b) of the General Access Terms and Conditions;
New Service Proposal has the meaning given in Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;
