New Small Holder is a Member who is the holder or a joint holder of a New Small Holding.
A Small Holding or New Small Holding at the date specified in the notice under rule 29.1(a)(i) does not cease to be a Small Holding or New Small Holding for the purpose of this rule by reason of any increase in its aggregate Market Value that occurs after the specified date.

A Small Holding or New Small Holding at the date specified in the notice under rule 21.2(a)(i) does not cease to be a Small Holding or New Small Holding for the purpose of this rule 21 by reason of any increase in its aggregate Market Value that occurs after the specified date.
A Small Holding or New Small Holding (as relevant) must be disposed of in accordance with the Listing Rules and the Constituent Documents.
