If a CUFS Holder’s holding becomes a Marketable Parcel after notice is given but before the Securities are sold, the Directors may decide that Articles 83 to 95 no longer applies to that holding.
Options may be exercised in one or more parcels of any size, provided that the number of Shares issued upon exercise of the number of Options in any parcel is not less than a Marketable Parcel.
