New vaccine definition
New vaccine means a vaccine recommended by the advisory committee for which an initial federal contract price is established by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention between October 1st and July 1st. [ 2009, c. 595, § 2 (NEW) .]
