New York Mortgages means each of the Mortgages described on Schedule 1.1. and any additional Mortgages encumbering real property located in the State of New York, in each case which have been assigned from time to time pursuant to Section 12.20.
New York Mortgages has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(b).
New York Mortgages means collectively, all of the $2.1 Million Loan Mortgage, the $30.5 Million Loan Mortgage, the $5.6 Million Loan Mortgage and the $8.8 Million Loan Mortgage.

New York Mortgages means the mortgages made by Forest and Meadowbrook in favor of Lender, each substantially in the form of Exhibit G, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Mortgages means, individually and collectively, one or more mortgages, deeds of trust, or deeds to secure debt, executed and delivered by Parent or its Subsidiaries in favor of Agent, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, that encumber the Real Property Collateral.
