New Zealand Branch means, where the Principal Debtor is a Person incorporated or established overseas, the New Zealand business of that Person, including the property, rights, assets and liabilities relating to the New Zealand business of that Person as referred to in section 117(3) of the Reserve Bank Act. New Zealand Citizen has the meaning given under the Citizenship Act 1977.
