Newmark Per Unit Price definition

Newmark Per Unit Price means, as of any time, the product of (a) the Newmark Current Market Price as of such time, multiplied by (b) the Exchange Ratio as of such time.
Newmark Per Unit Price means, as of any time, the product of (a) the Newmark Current Market Price as of such time, multiplied by (b) the Exchange Ratio as of such time (it being understood that the Newmark Board and Cantor together shall have the right to make any equitable adjustment to the calculation of the Newmark Per Unit Price if any events shall warrant such adjustment).

  • Contract Unit Price means the total price per unit charged to DLA Troop Support for a product delivered to DLA Troop Support’s customers. The Contract unit price consists of three components: delivered price plus distribution price less Government rebates and discounts. The unit price sum of the three component prices shall be rounded up or down as applicable, to the nearest cent to determine the final Contract unit price.

  • Initial Unit Price means (a) with respect to the Common Units and the Subordinated Units, the initial public offering price per Common Unit at which the Underwriters offered the Common Units to the public for sale as set forth on the cover page of the prospectus included as part of the Registration Statement and first issued at or after the time the Registration Statement first became effective or (b) with respect to any other class or series of Units, the price per Unit at which such class or series of Units is initially sold by the Partnership, as determined by the General Partner, in each case adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of Units.

  • Unit Price means an amount stated in the Bid for which Bidder offers to perform the Unit Price Work for a fixed price per unit of measurement.

  • Common Unit Price has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(b).

  • NAV per Unit means the NAV of the Company divided by the number of Units then outstanding.

  • Unrecovered Initial Unit Price means at any time, with respect to a Unit, the Initial Unit Price less the sum of all distributions constituting Capital Surplus theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit and any distributions of cash (or the Net Agreed Value of any distributions in kind) in connection with the dissolution and liquidation of the Partnership theretofore made in respect of an Initial Common Unit, adjusted as the General Partner determines to be appropriate to give effect to any distribution, subdivision or combination of such Units.

  • Unit Price Arrangement means that part of the Contract that prescribes the product of a price per unit of measurement multiplied by a number of units of measurement for performance of the Work to which it relates;

  • Share Valuefinal means the Preference Share Value on the Valuation Date; and "Share Valueinitial" means the Preference Share Value on the Initial Valuation Date.

  • Annual Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years starting June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2017, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity and the Extended Summer Resource Price Adder as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Annual Resource Requirement.   • Net Asset Value per Unit means the Net Asset Value of a Fund divided by the number of Units of a Fund outstanding on the date of calculation.

  • Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;
