Any provisions of the Contract that are expressly stipulated to be applicable only to a Unit Price Arrangement are not applicable to any part of the Work to which a Lump Sum Arrangement applies.

Canada shall measure and record the quantities of labour, Plant and Material performed, used or supplied by the Contractor in performing the Work or any part thereof that is subject to a Unit Price Arrangement and, on request, shall inform the Contractor of those measurements, and permit the Contractor to inspect any records pertaining thereto.
