NIMS Insurer Any insurer that is guaranteeing certain payments under notes secured by collateral which includes, among other things, all or a portion of the Class CE Certificates, the Class P Certificates and/or the Residual Certificates.
NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.
Series Trust means the trust known as the Series 2000-2G Medallion Trust established pursuant to the Master Trust Deed and the Series Supplement.
Property Trustee Account has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(c).
PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.
Master Trust Trustee means the entity acting as trustee under the applicable Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.
Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.
Trust means the arrangement through which the property of one person is made over or bequeathed to a trustee to administer such property for the benefit of another person; and
Owner Trust means with respect to any Leased Aircraft, the trust created by the "Trust Agreement" referred to in the Leased Aircraft Indenture related thereto.
Escrow Trustee means the bank or trust company designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award as the initial escrow agent with respect to the Refunded Bonds under the Escrow Agreement and until a successor Escrow Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Escrow Agreement and, thereafter, "Escrow Trustee" shall mean the successor Escrow Trustee.
Underlying Trust Means the "Trust Fund" as defined in the Underlying Agreement.
Income trust means a trust that is not a unitrust.
Guarantee Trustee means Wilmington Trust Company, until a Successor Guarantee Trustee has been appointed and has accepted such appointment pursuant to the terms of this Guarantee and thereafter means each such Successor Guarantee Trustee.
Master Trust means Citibank Credit Card Master Trust I.
Underlying Securities Trustee means The Bank of New York.
relevant trust means a trust established out of funds provided by the Secretary of State in respect of persons who suffered, or who are suffering, from variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease for the benefit of persons eligible for payments in accordance with its provisions;
NIMC is the ATIS/CLC sub-committee responsible for developing business process rules for Maintenance and Repair or trouble administration.
Citigroup Trust means each of Citigroup Capital III, Citigroup Capital XIII and Citigroup Capital XVIII, each a Delaware statutory trust, or any other similar trust created for the purpose of issuing preferred securities in connection with the issuances of junior subordinated notes under the junior subordinated debt indentures or the junior junior subordinated debt indenture.
Trustee Agreement means the trustee agreement entered into on or before the First Issue Date, between the Issuer and the Trustee, or any replacement trustee agreement entered into after the First Issue Date between the Issuer and a trustee, regarding, inter alia, the remuneration payable to the Trustee or a replacement trustee.
Mortgage Trustee means the Person serving as trustee at the time under the First Mortgage.
Successor Guarantee Trustee means a successor Guarantee Trustee possessing the qualifications to act as Guarantee Trustee under Section 4.1.
