No independent power. The Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Security Documents except through the Security Agent.
No independent power. The Finance Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Transaction Security Documents except through the Security Trustee.

Subject to Clause 18.3 (Treatment of SFA Cash Cover and Senior Lender Cash Collateral), the Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Security Documents (other than the Senior Facilities Agreement and/or any Second Lien Facilities Agreement) except through the Security Agent.
No independent power. (a) The Lenders shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Liens expressed to be created under the Security Documents, or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Security Documents except through the Security Agent.
No independent power. The Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, the Cash Collateral except through the Trustee.
No independent power. The Secured Creditors shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Transaction Security Documents except through the Common Security Agent.
No independent power. (i) The Beneficiaries (other than the Security Agent or a delegate) shall have no independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Security Documents unless the Security Agent or, as the case may be, its delegate, having been obligated to do so, fails to do so within a reasonable time and such failure is continuing or (w) in the case of the Italian Law Security Documents, as otherwise provided for by mandatory provision of Italian law, or (x) in the case of the Spanish Law Security Documents, subject to any limitations under Spanish law for undisclosed representation (“representación indirecta”) (y) in the case of the French Law Security Documents, as otherwise provided for by mandatory provisions of French law and (z) in the case of Belgian Law Security Documents, as otherwise provided for by mandatory provisions of Belgian law.
No independent power. Subject to Clause 15.3 (Treatment of Credit Facility Cash Cover) the Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Senior Security Documents (other than the RCF Facility Agreement, the facility agreement in relation to any other Credit Facility Agreement, the Senior Secured Notes, the Senior Secured Notes Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and the indenture or facility agreement in relation to any Pari Passu Debt) or make or receive any declarations in relation thereto except through the Security Agent.

Subject to Clause 15.3 (Treatment of RCF Cash Cover and Revolving Facility Cash Collateral), the Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Transaction Security or to exercise any rights or powers arising under the Security Documents except through the Security Trustee.
No independent power. The Secured Parties shall not have any independent power to enforce, or have recourse to, any of the Charges created by this Deed or to exercise any rights or powers arising under this Deed except through the Collateral Trustee.
