Belgian law. This Agreement and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.

By sending a price inquiry, placing an order and/or concluding an agreement, the customer acknowledges having taken cognizance of these general terms & conditions and agrees that they shall apply to all present and future contractual, precontractual and extra- contractual relations with SKT.
