(m) No Obstruction of Common Areas: not obstruct pathways and passages or use the same for any purpose other than for ingress to and egress from the Said Apartment and the Said Parking Space, if any. (n) No Violating Rules: not violate any of the rules and/or regulations laid down by the Vendor/the Association (upon formation)/the Apex Body (upon formation) for the use of the Common Areas. (o) No Throwing Refuse: not throw or accumulate or cause to be thrown or accumulated any dust, rubbish or other refuse in the Common Areassave at the places indicated therefor. (p) No Injurious Activities: not carry on or cause to be carried on any obnoxious or injurious activity in or through the Said Apartment, the Said Parking Space, if any or the Common Areas.
