DANGEROUS ARTICLES. (1) The Lessee shall not store or bring on the demised premises any articles of an inflammable or dangerous nature or any Hazardous Substance otherwise than in the ordinary course of the Lessee's business, and if any such articles are stored or brought on the demised premises the Lessee shall keep all such articles in safe and secure fire-resistant storage cabinets and shall in the use and storage of such articles comply with the regulations and requirements of any underwriter's association, insurer or governmental authority in effect pertaining to or affecting the demised premises. The Lessee shall keep and maintain on the demised premises all safety appliances required by the use of the demised premises. Nothing in this Section 8.13 shall relieve the Lessee from compliance with the requirements of Section 8.09 or Section 8.14 hereof.
DANGEROUS ARTICLES. For reasons of security, it is forbidden to transport dangerous articles in luggage -such as: -Compressed gases: (intensely refrigerated, inflammable, flammable and toxic) such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen or bottles of compressed air for underwater diving. -Corrosive agents: such as acids, alkalis, and mercury or wet electric batteries. -Explosives: munitions, fireworks and Bengal matches. -Inflammable liquids and solids such as fuel, matches, paints, solvents and lighters -Radioactive materials, and bags or cases with built-in alarm systems. -Oxidising materials such as calcium chloride or peroxides. -Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, herbicides and living viruses. -Other dangerous articles like magnetised, noxious or irritating materials. It is possible to transport limited quantities of medicines and toilet articles necessary for the journey such as aerosols for the hair, and perfumes or medicines containing alcohol. A large number of the articles mentioned may be transported as merchandise of they are packed according to the norms. Ask for further information if you the wish.
DANGEROUS ARTICLES. Shall not bring or keep upon, or permit or suffer to be brought or kept upon the Property, the Community Area and/or any part of the Project any articles of a specially combustible, inflammable, explosive, noxious and/or dangerous nature.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.

  • Waste and Nuisance Tenant shall not commit, suffer or permit any waste, damage, disfiguration or injury to the Premises, the Common Areas, or any other portion of the Building or the fixtures and equipment located therein or thereon. Tenant shall not permit or suffer any overloading of the Building floors and shall not place therein any heavy business machinery, safes, computers, data processing machines, or other items heavier than customarily used for general office purposes without first obtaining the written consent of Landlord. Tenant shall not use or permit to be used any part of the Building for any dangerous, noxious or offensive trade or business, and shall not cause or permit any nuisance, noise, or odors in, at or emanating from the Premises that disturbs other Building tenants.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Infectious Disease The Employer shall provide Bargaining Unit Employees with information about residents' infectious diseases provided that such information does not compromise HIPAA or otherwise infringe upon residents' rights to confidentiality.

  • Infectious Diseases The Employer and the Union desire to arrest the spread of infectious diseases in the nursing home. To achieve this objective, the Joint Health and Safety Committee may review and offer input into infection control programs and protocols including surveillance, outbreak control, isolation, precautions, worker education and training, and personal protective equipment. The Employer will provide training and ongoing education in communicable disease recognition, use of personal protective equipment, decontamination of equipment, and disposal of hazardous waste.
