Said Complex means residential complex, commercial complex, LSC etc. developed on 11.312 acres (approx.) of land, located in Sector-89 at Gurugram, which comprises of the Dwelling Units to be developed/ constructed as per the layout plans approved by the Competent Authority along with other common areas and facilities.

Said Complex means residential complex to be developed on 5 acres (approx.) of land, located in Action Area – III, Rajarhat, Kolkata part of which comprises of the Dwelling Units to be developed/ constructed as per the layout plans approved by the Competent Authority.

The tentative site plan of the Said Complex is Annexure-V.

Said Complex means the 'GREENBURG' Sector 86, Gurgaon, Haryana, comprising of residential apartment buildings, shops, club house, swimming pool, cricket pitch, tennis court, community shopping, school and EWS apartment etc. and any other building, Amenities and Facilities, as may be approved by the Competent Authority. The tentative site plan of the Said Complex is Annexure-V.
