Nominated Funeral Director definition

Nominated Funeral Director means the funeral director, the details of which are set out in the Funeral Plan Schedule, or such other funeral director as we may appoint to carry out your chosen funeral;

  • Neither us nor the Nominated Funeral Director will or attempt to pre- purchase any grave space as part of the Plan.

  • In the unusual event that the Minister or Officiant charges are more than this listed amount, then the plan holders representative will be responsible for paying the additional fees to the Nominated Funeral Director.
