  • We will take account of payments already received, increased in line with the RPI from the date the Plan lapsed, and we will adjust future instalments and provide you with a new Funeral Plan Schedule accordingly.

  • G.S.R. 785 (E), dated the 30th June, 2017 to substitute certain entries in the original Notification along with Explanatory Memorandum.

  • After that period has passed, the Funeral Plan Schedule we deliver to you is deemed to comprise an accurate statement of the features of the Funeral that you have applied for.

  • Provisioning center means a licensee that is a commercial entity located in Michigan that purchases marihuana from a grower or processor and sells, supplies, or provides marihuana to registered qualifying patients, directly or through the patients' registered primary caregivers. Provisioning center includes any commercial property where marihuana is sold at retail to registered qualifying patients or registered primary caregivers. A noncommercial location used by a primary caregiver to assist a qualifying patient connected to the caregiver in accordance with the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, MCL 333.26421 et seq., is not a provisioning center for purposes of this article.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Condominium Plan means a plan described in Section 4285.

  • Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.

  • Numbering Plan Area (NPA) , also called area code, means the three (3)-digit code that occupies the A, B, C positions in the ten (10)-digit NANP format that applies throughout the NANP Area. NPAs are of the form NXX, where N represents the digits two (2) through nine (9) and X represents any digit zero (0) through nine (9). In the NANP, NPAs are classified as either geographic or non-geographic. Geographic NPAs are NPAs which correspond to discrete geographic areas within the NANP Area.   • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Constructional Plan means all appliances or things of whatsoever nature required for the execution, completion or maintenance of the works or temporary works (as hereinafter defined) but does not include materials or other things intended to form or forming part of the permanent work.
