Nominating and Corporate definition

Nominating and Corporate means the nominating and corporate governance committee of the board of directors of the CompanyGovernance Committee” established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • The Directors may delegate any of their powers, authorities and discretions, including the power to sub-delegate, to any committee consisting of one or more Directors (including, without limitation, the Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee).
