Examples of Nomination Gate in a sentence

  • A PTR Holder may modify the Mid-Interconnector Nomination resulting from the default Nomination within the Nomination Gate in accordance with the normal Nomination process.

  • The registered default Nomination is considered as a schedule of Mid-Interconnector Nomination submitted by a PTR Holder at the opening of the Nomination Gate.

  • Mid-Interconnector Nominations shall not be subject to any modification by the PTR Holder after the Nomination Gate.

  • Long Term MCNs may be curtailed ex-post after Long Term Nomination Gate Closure whether before or after the DAFD in accordance with this Annex.

  • Where such deactivation is received by the Nomiantion Platform after the Nomination Gate, any existing valid Mid-Interconnector Nomination resulting from a Default Nomination remains unchanged.

  • Registered Participants acknowledge that an emergency situation or a Force Majeure, or any increase or decrease in the Curtailment Quantity during an emergency situation or Force Majeure, which arises after the relevant Nomination Gate closure will be reflected in the calculation of deemed metered volumes in accordance with the Nomination Rules.

  • Nomination means an offer by a Shipper to a Carrier of a stated quantity of Product for transportation from a specified origin(s) to a specified destination or destinations pursuant to the terms of this tariff.

  • Unaffiliated Director means, for purposes of this Code, a director or honorary director of the Fund who is not a director, officer or employee of the Adviser or an affiliate thereof.

  • Interested Director means a director or trustee of an investment company who is an interested person within the meaning of Section 2(a)(19) of the Act. A “Disinterested Director” is a director who is not an interested person under Section 2(a)(19) of the Act.

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Stockholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 1.13(f).

  • Investor Directors has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

  • Nomination Day means the last day for filing or withdrawing a nomination as provided for by the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Sponsor Director means an individual elected to the Board that has been nominated by the Sponsor pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Investor Director means a member of the Board who was elected to the Board as an Investor Director Designee.

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee established pursuant to Article 100(k).
