The Employer shall within five (5) working days inform the Union Grievance Committee of the name of its Nominee(s).
If the Number of Nominees is higher than the maximum number of Executive Board Members stated above, the appointment shall be made out of the list of Nominees by a majority decision of the Electing Parties, in which situation each of the Electing Parties shall have one (1) vote.
If the number of Nominees is equal or lower than the maximum number of Executive Board Members and higher than the minimum number of Executive Board Members as stated above, the Nominees shall be considered appointed and the Coordinator shall inform the Parties hereof in writing without undue delay.
The Notice of Intention to invoke the Arbitration Procedure shall contain the name of the Union’s Nominee(s).
