Members definition

Members means all such Persons.

Members means the persons who are duly registered as the holders from time to time of shares in the register including persons who are jointly so registered.

Members means the companies, organisations, persons and entities who are, during the term of the Agreement, members of SAMRO (including the members of the Affiliated Societies), and who have licensed, assigned and/or mandated the licensing of the Performance of Works of Music owned and/or controlled by them to SAMRO and/or the Affiliated Societies, as the case may be.

• If there are inconsistencies between this Agreement and the Act, this Agreement will control, except to the extent that the inconsistencies relate to provisions of the Act that the Members cannot alter by agreement.
