Non-Aggregated Personal Information definition

Non-Aggregated Personal Information means all information of the End User which is not in aggregated form and may be personally identifiable, which has been provided to the Company.
Non-Aggregated Personal Information means all information of the User which is personally identifiable, which has been provided to FirstKonnect.

  • The Company shall obtain all its Non-Aggregated Personal Information about the End User directly from him, and/or from such other person who has been duly authorized by the End User to disclose such information, which may include an Onboarding Party.

  • Each employee and third party service provider of FirstKonnect is responsible for the Non-Aggregated Personal Information under his control.

  • Special Personal Information means Personal Information as referred to in Section 26 of POPIA

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Confidential personal information means a party’s or a party’s child’s Social Security number; date of birth; driver license number; any other names used, now or in the past; and employer’s name, address, and telephone number.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Nonpublic Personal Information means nonpublic personal financial information and nonpublic personal health information.

  • Sensitive Personal Information or “SPI” means the information categories listed at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(2).

  • Personal Identifying Information or “PII” means information that alone, or in conjunction with other information, identifies an individual, as defined at Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 521.002(1).

  • Business Information means all information in whatever form held, including (without limitation) all: (i) formulas, designs, specifications, drawings, know-how, manuals and instructions; (ii) customer lists, sales, marketing and promotional information; (iii) business plans and forecasts; (iv) technical or other expertise; and (v) all accounting and Tax records, correspondence, orders and inquiries;

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual. Biometric information does not include information derived from items or procedures excluded under the definition of biometric identifiers.

  • Static Pool Information Static pool information as described in Item 1105(a)(1)-(3) and 1105(c) of Regulation AB.

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

  • Highly Confidential Information means Proprietary Information that is marked “Highly Confidential Information” when disclosed in written form or is otherwise designated as such hereunder.

  • Agent’s Information means, solely, the following information in the Prospectus: the third sentence of the eighth paragraph and the tenth paragraph under the caption “Plan of Distribution” in the Prospectus.   • Confidential Business Information means any internal, non-public information (other than Trade Secrets already addressed above) concerning the Employer’s financial position and results of operations (including revenues, assets, net income, etc.); annual and long-range business plans; product or service plans; marketing plans and methods; training, educational and administrative manuals; customer and supplier information and purchase histories; and employee lists. The provisions of Sections 6 and 7 shall also apply to protect Trade Secrets and Confidential Business Information of third parties provided to the Employer under an obligation of secrecy.

  • Genetic information means, with respect to any individual, information about such individual’s genetic tests, the genetic tests of family members of such individual, and the manifestation of a disease or disorder in family members of such individual. Such term includes, with respect to any individual, any request for, or receipt of, genetic services, or participation in clinical research which includes genetic services, by such individual or any family member of such individual. Any reference to genetic information concerning an individual or family member of an individual who is a pregnant woman, includes genetic information of any fetus carried by such pregnant woman, or with respect to an individual or family member utilizing reproductive technology, includes genetic information of any embryo legally held by an individual or family member. The term “genetic information” does not include information about the sex or age of any individual.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Company Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by a Contracted Processor on behalf of Company pursuant to or in connection with the Principal Agreement;
