Non-Compete Agreement definition

Non-Compete Agreement means that certain Non-Compete Agreement between the Company and the Executive in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Non-Compete Agreement means any agreement or related set of agreements under which the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary agrees to pay money in one or more installments to one or more Persons in exchange for agreements from such Persons to refrain from competing with the Borrower or such Restricted Subsidiary in a certain line of business in a specific geographical area for a certain time period, or pursuant to which any Person agrees to limit or restrict its right to engage, directly or indirectly, in the same or similar industry for any period of time for any geographic location.

Non-Compete Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c)

• The Executive agrees that any breach of the terms of this Section 9 or the Invention and Non-Disclosure Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, and the Non-Compete Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B would result in irreparable injury and damage to the Company for which the Company would have no adequate remedy at law.

• Executive agrees that, as a condition of Executive’s employment, Executive shall execute and shall be bound by the terms of the Xxxxxxx Title Guaranty Company, Xxxxxxx Title Company and Affiliates Confidentiality, Non-Solicit, and Non-Compete Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A.

More Definitions of Non-Compete Agreement

Non-Compete Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 5(n).
