Non-designated definition

Non-designated healthcare facility means a healthcare facility that either has chosen not to be a part of Michigan’s trauma care system, or a healthcare facility that the department has not designated as a level I regional trauma research facility, level II regional trauma facility, level III community trauma facility, or level IV trauma support facility.
Non-designated means a cluster or grouping of such uses that has not been designated as such in the land use bylaw.

  • Share Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in ‎Section 3.2(b).

  • Eligible Designee means a special purpose corporation, partnership, trust, limited partnership or limited liability company that is administered by the respective Designating Lender or an Affiliate of such Designating Lender and (i) is organized under the laws of the United States of America or any state thereof, (ii) is engaged primarily in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and (iii) issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least A-1 or the equivalent thereof by S&P or P-1 or the equivalent thereof by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇.

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.

  • Series Designation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.03(a).
