Non-digital media definition

Non-digital media means a hard copy or physical representation of information, including, but not limited to, paper copies, printer ribbons, drums, microfilm, platens, and other forms of preserved or preservable information.

  • Cisco “we” “our” or “us” means Cisco Systems, Inc. or its applicable Affiliate(s).

  • Intel shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.
