Subject to the limited rights expressly granted under this Agreement, as between Sage and you, you own all rights, title and interest, including all Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the Customer Data.
Xxx may, but are not required to, provide Sage or its Resellers or subcontractors with ideas, suggestions, requests, recommendations or feedback about the Services (“Feedback”).
