• If the Allottee(s) fails to execute and deliver to the Company this Agreement within thirty (30) days from the date of its dispatch by the Company, then the Application of the Allottee(s) shall be treated as cancelled and the Earnest Money and Non Refundable Amounts paid by the Allottee(s) shall stand forfeited.

• If the EDC/IDC/IAC increased EDC/IDC/IAC is not paid, then the non-payment of such charges shall be treated as unpaid sale price as per the Application/Agreement and the Company shall be entitled to cancel the Agreement and forfeit the Earnest Money along with the Non Refundable Amounts and the balance amount, if any, shall be refunded to the Applicant(s).
